This is a seasonal position April to early October and is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

Must be flexible to work varying shifts including some evenings and Saturdays.

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for the next great Lawn Care Technician to join our successful team based out of Peterborough, Ontario. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers, while always maintaining top quality customer service.

As an associate of Weed Man you will:

• Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: fertilization, weed control, core aeration, mosquito control, etc.
• Provide lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
• Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
• Maintain a professional personal appearance
• Provide assistance in equipment repairs

• Work independently as part of a team

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

* Valid Driver's License
* Professional Appearance
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
* Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-12) hours per day
* Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-12) hours per day
* Previous industry experience is an asset but is not required
